Terms for using Vilo Mail.

Agreement

By using Vilo Mail, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, or related services.

The service

Vilo Mail helps you triage Gmail with browser-based inbox views, cached message loading, one-click mailbox actions, compose tools, Pro features, and optional Cloudflare Workers AI summaries, timelines, and drafts.

Accounts and Gmail

You are responsible for your Google account and for any activity through Vilo Mail using your account. Vilo Mail only performs Gmail actions that you request or authorize through the extension. You can revoke access through Vilo Mail logout flows or your Google account permissions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vilo Mail to abuse, disrupt, or bypass the service or third-party services.

• Do not send spam, malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features you are not authorized to use.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use automation in a way that violates Google, browser store, payment, or other provider rules.

Pro membership

Pro membership unlocks paid features such as multiple Gmail accounts, bulk actions, and AI features. Access may be provided through billing, trial eligibility, or a Pro activation code. We may change feature packaging over time, but we will not intentionally remove paid access during an active paid period without a replacement path or refund where required.

Billing

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Billing terms shown during checkout control price, billing period, trial timing, renewal, and cancellation. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Vilo Mail states otherwise. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Cloudflare Workers AI

AI features are optional and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI summaries, timelines, and drafts before relying on them or sending them. Do not use AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

Vilo Mail depends on services such as Google APIs, browser platforms, Cloudflare, payment providers, Mailgun, and sender-provided unsubscribe endpoints. Their terms and availability may also apply, and Vilo Mail is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vilo Mail. We may also update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Vilo Mail at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for users or providers, fail to pay for paid access, or if we are required to do so by law or provider policy.

Disclaimer

Vilo Mail is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every Gmail action, AI output, payment flow, or third-party integration will work at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vilo Mail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost email, service interruption, or third-party service failures.
