This policy explains how Vilo Mail handles refund requests for Pro membership payments made through checkout.
Vilo Mail Pro payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we approve a request under this policy. We review refund requests case by case.
Canceling a Pro subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. If Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, the payment for that period is normally not refunded.

We normally do not refund:
If a checkout includes a free trial, cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription to avoid a charge. Pro activation codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and do not create a refund right.
Email support@vilomail.com with the membership email, payment provider, approximate charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider when possible. The provider may control refund timing, payment-method availability, and currency handling. We may ask for additional information before approving or denying a request.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, your payment provider may control the dispute process. We may suspend Pro access while a dispute is pending.
